Refund policy

1. General

As our valued customer, your satisfaction is our priority. However, please note we are a small business and therefore, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase, please kindly first contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it in one of the following forms:

  • Initiating a return and providing a full or partial refund 
  • Providing you with a full or partial store credit

Please note that only some of the purchased items may be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please read this section carefully and if you have any concerns about your item’s eligibility for return, please contact us before purchasing.

2. Return Policy

The costumer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at info@katanpro.com within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it. Please note that you must contact us before initiating a return. Returns or exchanges that are sent without prior contact may not be processed. 

3. Exchange Policy 

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to process exchanges automatically. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you must first contact us and return the original item in accordance with the return policy described above. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved return items will be eligible for a full or partial refund or store credit. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@katanpro.com.
